I'll be brief.
Huge Thanks to everone that helped. There truely is a family at NHMS
Rook Race went off like Denno at the starting grid. Glad no one got a shot of that ... a 250 lb guy wheelying a 50 hp bike off the grid. WHHeeeeee.
although the bike spit and sputtered its way thru three laps ... I did finish
skip to the real deal NV LWSS
the peanut gallery in T3 stands got a pretty good show. the olympics called and they gave my tumble a 9.5
for those who weren't there:
Lap 5 I start to feel a groove and out of no where another rider late braking into my line at T3 turn in ate me up spit me out and left me for dead ..... all I remember is thinking "SHIT this is going to hurt" and damn it! It still does.
left knee badly bruised
left shoulder slight A-C separation
right foot ligament snapped
right hand knuckle muckled
I live to fight another day

As I said at the track, sorry about the mishap (crazy that New Guy Fitz was right behind you!!) and glad you are overall 'okay'.
Boston --> San Diego
I couldn't believe how much air you got....seriously at least 6ft in the air (at least) Holy crap!!!
We were really worried until you sat up after a few mins.

That's right, back to a 2 cylinder, 3 cylinder, and a 4 cylinder.
Take your time healing up, it'd suck to jump the gun thinking you're ok only to re-aggravate a not-quite healed shoulder or knee. (or neck, or ankle... what didn't you strain/bruise/injure in that crash?)
Dude. I thought you had been shot out of a canon. You were ~3-4 bike lengths in front of me when you went up...and up... and up. Wasn't sure if you tapped the guy in front of you or just grabbed a handful of brake lever. Either way, glad to hear you're allright.

I was in T3 as well. That was an amazing crash!
Did you run right into the back of the other bike, or did you clip your front brake lever? Looked like one of those GP crash videos, pretty amazing. Glad you're ok.
BTW, get a tail section - looked like the plates were dragging on the rear wheel![]()

I witnessed that fantastic demonstration of Olympian gymnastics.
and I'll concur that it was well-worth a 9.8
happy healing.

besides you guys ... 800mg motrin are deff going to be my closest friends for the next couple of days.
I should be running right with you when I get the right damn coils on the Hawk.
JT not really sure felt like a combo of both me (braking) and the other rider not giving me any space to brake into .... what ever happened it was instantaneous.
yeah the tail is being replaced with something less GP like
