There are other things to be noted in the rules, specifically refer to the 3/10 split. This is NOT a convenience shortcut, it's there for emergencies.

We talked about all the topics that were presented here. Here is a brief summary:
Masks: The only ones they were looking to outlaw are the ones that strap on like a surgical mask. The issue was if you ever aspirated during a crash (which does happen) you would choke. Anything that is open to the atmosphere is OK.
Penalties for Pit In/Pit Out: These already fall within the scope of the race director and/or referee. No need for explicit language there. We will take a closer look at repeat offenders in the future
Points for those in a red flag: This was talked about extensively offline of the meeting a while back. We decided a while ago to score riders for however many laps they do - many organizations do this. If you do two laps and pull in, you get last place points. So, in following with this, if you are the cause of a red flag on the 6th lap you then get scored (and get points) as the last place person on lap 5 (which is where the scoring reverts to).
Additives for coolant: The way we left it was that if you want to use something that is not on the list, submit it for approval. After testing it will either be approved or not approved. New approvals will get a technical bulletin to riders notifying them that "x" is now legal.
Thanks for all your feedback!
Awesome stuff. Thank you for all you do Eric.
So, one last question, on red flags: To clarify, if someone causes the red flag but is still able to re-grid after, they will start at the back of the grid and can accrue position / points from there as normal, correct?
Who do I talk to offline about some questions I have re rules?

I would say that Graham is your best bet for rules interpretation.
