So what you are saying is it is ok to run the bike in the garage one or two days a week during the winter?
As long as you get it up to operating temps....
I really don't see a problem with it.
if you have a rear stand, you can put it in gear, and let the tranny get a whirl too!

I remember in the old days when I had the Intercepter I would only change the oil and never put anything in the tank, I had that bike for 11 years!! I never thought about looking in the tank. It was kept in a heated garage if that mattered. Wow, It seems so long ago....
Ahhh, Dukey Wookey hurt his wittle hand, I'm the king of this gang now!

I always keep the tank full..this way water can't condense on the inside and rust it..

I usually put in fresh oil in november, pour in some stabil into the gas and run it through, and leave a battery tender on it. She gets ridden all year. Rarely sits for more than a few days at a time.

We use Rotella T6 Synthetic in many vehicles. You can buy 5 quart jugs at Wally.
You can spend as much time as you like on BITOG.

I have approx 10 gallons of T6 I got with coupons. I use it in everything but new lawnmowers. Lawnmowers with a single piston ring are very sensitive to oil weight. Great for M/C's. No friction inhibitors to affect the wet clutch.
