I may have a downshifting problem

I dont release the clutch lever between shifts on the street generally. Im not trying to squeeze every tenth out of braking for the red light there. I might even GASP leave enough room to slow down without using engine braking.

Oh well, I dont know how to ride a bike, dont listen to me.

Yeah, that's right. You only ride street from the house to Newbury.
