Also I'd be careful with the $9.99 chain tools, it sounds like a "do it all" tool, but if that was the case, Motion Pro would never be able to sell their chain tool for $90+... that is the tool you want for breaking, pressing plates and riveting masters.

$9.99 chain tool sounds like the one I have for bicycle (410) chains

First time I bought a chain tool I spent 50 bucks and it broke first use (even after grinding the pin down).

Bought the D.I.D chain tool and it works great and I don't have to worry about breaking it. 100 something bucks but I'll have it forever.
