just buy a bunch of programable thermostats and take the mercury from them. That where I get the stuff I give ex-girlfriends.

Honestly, you can make your own for about $3. It's really easy, all you need is a yard stick, some clear tube, some zip ties, and some old oil or ATF (anything like that'll work).

Not sam safety but what happened to the old mercury.

It is a poison for growing brains like fetus to 8 years old.

Mercury evaporates and is a gas which can be inhaled and or obsorbed through skin and digestive track.

    (Note also in flourescents)

Being stupid may make future life more tolerable though

i used to play with mercury.. roll it around in my hand etc.
i'm just f.. ff... FFFfine thanks how are you?

on a serious note, being stupid make life both easier and harder at the same time.

There was a time when i used to try to 'cook off' enough of my smarts to make me happy.. it didn't work. now my memory is spotty and i'm still cranky.

but maybe thats from the mercury..

replacing the mercury probably costs more than buying a new non-mercury manometer, I'll bet that even cost of shipping the mercury is more than the cost of a new manometer..... Have you had anything hazardous shipped recently ?

fwiw, I have just the right amount of mercury needed to fill a Motion Pro...... inside my Motion Pro, from what I can see, I haven't lost any mercury from when I bought it about 15 years ago
