Tail light slightly blinks when turns are activated

So Lauren and I have been spending another exciting sat night putting her bike back together and have come across yet another lil problem. She's got a 2000 r6 w/02 plastics that was jerry rigged from the get go (after it was binned) including the hacked wiring job on the tail light and flushmounts. So the problem is the tail light works great sans any of the four turn signals but as soon as you hook just one of them up the tail blinks slightly? Not to mention the led flushmounts we picked up are dimmer than all hell......argh

Lights will do that when the bikes not running, and even sometimes at idle. The extra draw from the blinker turning on will dim the others. A weak ground can make this problem worse.

Not sure on the dim LED's, could be just the quality of the part you bought. I got an LED 1187 bulb to replace a brake light bulb on my harley. You couldn't see that thing unless it was dark out.

I have a nice multi-meter if you need it to check grounds and such.
