YUP. Any body shop with a stud gun puller can do it.. Or if it's a racebike, you can beat it from the inside out and bondo the shit out of it. Either way....
To add to the above: if it doesn't leak it doesn't need fixing.

"easy" depends on your aptitude. If you can weld and do bondo work then yes, it is easy. They supposedly have newfangled non-welding types of dent pullers, and you may actually be able to get to that dent from inside the tank with some creativity negating the need for a puller in the first place.
No matter what you will need to do some mudding, sanding, and painting. Only you can decide if that is easy enough for you.
