I have no idea but I've seen it on Craigslist before for less money too. I didn't realize the market was doing so well that they feel it's a good time to add $1k to the asking price.

I don't know who that is...he's never been to bike night if I've been there. Doc may know, but that is a LOT of money for an 848 IMHO.

I've never seen that bike around, and he's never been to bike night AFAIK. There was a kid from the rutland area that has a red 848, but its not this one.

I bought my 08 848, in 08, for less money.

I don't know him. I have seen the bike for sale and I think it is overpriced. Especially since he has been trying to sell it for a few months.
