WTB - XR100/150 or TTR125 - $500 budget

I've no budget but I want to find a smaller four stroke machine for my wife. $500 is my upper limit, doesn't have to look pretty, just has to be usable.

I am handy with a wrench, will consider a machine with mechanical faults as well depending on condition and cost of parts needed to repair, etc.
