I am selling my Triumph TT600 Race bike that i ran all last year. She looks a bit rough but only needs a Left Clip-on and Left Footpeg bracket to be ready to race, or run at track days.
She has Shark skinz Race farings. I have new break pads for her and spare engine covers.
Since last season I have put in a Powercommander and smoothed out the powercurve with a custom map.
$1900.
I am selling her because the shop I work with is a Ducati shop and i don't have the best relationship with the local Triumph shop, otherwise i would keep running her. as it is i am going to get into a DUC for my racing.
this is the ugly side,----Kurlons $.02-------------------------------------------------------------
RE the Power Commander install - I've defeated the old Sagem Idle Air Control system, so like an old Duc you may need to give it a touch of throttle to fire up when cold, and hold the revs up a touch till it builds a little heat. After that, it's running purely on the PC3 based on throttle and RPM, so the Sagem's quirky EFI issues are gone. The old IAC assembly was busted anyways, so no one shed any tears when it was removed. The harness is intact, so it can be re-added just by plugging one in, and reconnecting the hoses to the throttle bodies after removing the plugs. Unplug the PC3, reset the throttle stop down to factory (fully closed butterflies) and it's back to factory operation.

she needs a touch of glasswork and some paint, before the photos for Craigs list and such but i figured i would give you guys first stab and they are the photos i have on hand. I will dress her up a bit nicer later..
i am going to get a 'Hobbs special" i just have to decide between the 620 and 800 powerplant. Kurlon is leaning me toward the 620..

620 gets you to play in Ptwins with Kurlon.
800 gets you into ULSB with the rest of us.
Decisions, Decisions, descisions...
Then again I might have a Hawk if your interested.![]()

Bumping this again. Quartergig has installed new brake pads, and new clipons. Left rearset is still ugly but raceable.
I just recently purchased a PC3 for my TT600. I got it used from Ebay, and im not sure how to install it. Do you know of any instructions i can download or view?
Thank you,
Jason
Dynojet has instructions on their site, you'll need access to a dyno to make a map for it.
The guy i bought it from said that it was tuned for a TT600 with a D&D exhaust, will i still need to use a dyno?
