just laid down my 10. getting the hang of this. im gonna be a pro soon. almost made it thru summer.

fuckin suck! about 300yrds from work, sharp turn, lowside @40. pavement suck, everything was cold and suck. those big lump of ruber on the edge of the tire must have something to do with it. just lose about half of my knee cap. cant believe i picked the bike up by myself then continued riding home. did i say fuckin suck!

the slider safed everything except the lower plastic. cool!

sorry to here about the get off.

every time i get on the bike i think cold tires, cold tires & cold tires.

it can take three miles for them to heat up.

on another note.

BUY SOME FUCKING GEAR AND WEAR IT EVERY TIME YOUR GET ON THE BIKE!

if you had gear on your knee would be bruised but fine.

btw: this goes for EVERYONE!

the stiffness of the rear spring. it's all the way down. im 125lbs.

Sounds like cold tires to me, not the balled edge rubber. Had the same thing happen to me in 97 on the FZR on the way to work. Change of seasons sucks.....Have to remember to give extra warm up time in the mornings and evenings.

What brand frame sliders on the 10. Look'n to get a set for Double"D"s bike. Post a pic of the bike with the sliders if you got it.....

anyone remember the corner that was still wet and in the shade and hard to see on sundays ride?

i do and i know chr1s does, because we talked about it at one of the stops.

soon i'll be putting the sportbike away for the year, the way i see it the season is almost done.

i'll ride the motard until the leaves start to fall off, then i'll put that away and it will be on to the dirtbike. then soon enough the best season of the year will be upon us.

i know i can't describe things well. you probly think i was on the way to work. i was getting out of work and just warmed up the engine. the same sharp turn about 200-300yrds or 30sec. from the work place.

nice day today but had to drive to work. ill be riding by weekend. so whos riding?

im fine thanks. the bike is minimal damage. it was a good test on the frame slider. i think a little longer ones might have safed 100% of it.

the sliders have label Pro Impact on it but it came in a Phillipsheart package. for $80 is pretty good investment i think. i dont really have to repair the plastic but over the winter would be a good time to do.
