Hi y'all, new to the forum but I've been living in Bellingham for about 2 years now. I found this forum while searching for riding laws for MA and RI, go figure the only 2 states I ride in are the only 2 that have a law against listening to music while riding. I've got a 79 honda cx 500 that I restored from completely useless to becoming my daily drive to work for 3/4 of the year. If you dont' know what that is, it looks a little like a water-cooled moto guzzi. It's a v-twin but the cylinders are sideways, and its the only bike I know of that has pushrods and also a 9,000 rpm redline. It's a small engine but a large bike and gets me to work and back with no problems. It was given to me by a friend after his divorce, he didn't like it or want it, and it didn't run and the brakes didn't work. If you've ever wondered what happens to brake fluid after a few years of non-use, it looks a little bit like fish eggs. Anyhow, glad to find y'all, I'll end with a picture:

Close your eyes, look deep in your soul, step outside yourself and let your mind go.
Welcome. Yeah no worry's on the headphones. Staties in mass don't care.
Welcome.
Just started riding with headphones. Hadn't even though it'd be a no-no. What's the difference between wearing ear plugs and earbuds for an mp3 player. Can't really see why it'd be a problem.
nice bike! welcome
