Hello all. Riding again after 20 years. I feel like I hit the jackpot purchasing a bike from Kurt, aka Whynot. It's a 2002 Suzuki Bandit 1200S. It's such a delight. Such an ill behaving brutal bundle of fright. It's been a crazy bit of weather so far with limited riding time but I am adjusting to the riding life. Hope to meet more of you and take some trips. I'd love to share my garage as I keep stocking it with tools. I'm right on 2a which appears to have a lot of moto traffic. Thanks, Paul.
Nice!
What's the difference between a bolt and a screw?
First you screw, then you bolt.
Whattup?
I used to have a 00 bandit 1200, they are a lot of fun and so easy to ride. I loved the fact that you can be in almost any gear at almost any speed and just power away without the slightest delay.
You must of beat him up on the price pretty good if he recommended this group of shenanigans to you!!
Welcome! Kurt does an outstanding job with restoring "slightly" used machines.

Just when I thought no one from the forums lived anywhere near me...cool! I'm right in Gardner. Welcome!

Live life now!....it has an expiration date!
Friendship is like peeing in your pants,
Everyone can see it,
But only you can feel the true warmth.
That's great....we need to get some riding in! I'm from RI, I recently moved here and don't have any friends that ride, apart from a couple guys at work. Unfortunately I work 3rd shift, Makes it a little tougher to ride during the week, you know, being a vampire and all!
