Hi I just moved to NYC from LA. I'm used to riding canyons in a hot weather. Anything like that, minus the hot, with low traffic in NYC area?

Yes, and it seems that NESR has become a total ManCave after the juveniles drove away or silenced the women. If it's riding discussion you're interested in, I'll say it again, join New England Riders (NER) on FB.

I ride Ninja zx6r. It's my 4th bike and I love it the most.
And yeah I've noticed this place is not for everyone haha.

I landed here after looking on reddit. There is a huge sport bike community in LA area that welcomes all with some badass girls with some sick riding skills. I hoped to find it somewhere here. I'll keep looking but thanks for the replies!

If you are at all into track riding or you want to try it out check out Cyclesmith Track Days (website and Facebook page) as they have a large group of women riders. One of the owners is a woman racer/rider as well.

Yeah, don't let these assholes scare you away. We actually welcome most as well, but we've also got quite a mix of riders, styles & machines. Unfortunately, you probably won't meet up with many around here seeing as you're in NYC.
