Total newb -- don't even ride yet , but I want to learn.

Hopefully, I can learn a bit from the boards. Maybe some suggestions for a decent beginner bike, etc.

If nothing else, at least this forum is yet another way to procrastinate at work!

Yeah, I was reading about them - sounds like a great place for a beginner like myself. Just need to get the (motorcycle) permit, which sounds like I'm taking the basic written test about road rules.

I was checking out Ironstone Ventures, and they have classes down in Seekonk, which is convenient for me.

Don't worry -- although I'm a newb to bikes, I'm not a newb to forums. I know how annoying it can be when the same question is asked a million times.

I guess I could always take the course, get my license and then worry about getting a bike afterwards! (that's where you helpful folks come in)

i took msf almost 3 years before buying my first bike. Nothing wrong w/ gettin it outta the way now & getting a bike during the off-season when it's cheap.
