I haven't been in a while but I'm guessing the 4 designated bike parking spots fill up quick, and you'll get a ticket if you park outside the box

If you like ridding Thayer was never the spot. If you like parking Thayer is no longer the spot. On a good night maybe about 20 bikes total but spread over several of the side streets. People still try to park where ever they want and argue with the LEO over it, that is usually a good show.

Went to Thayer this weekend and there were easily over 20 bikes parked there. They're using the side streets, as you stated there aren't many bike spots.
