Hi there. I'm Kristin. I am currently living in Florida....but am seriously considering moving back home after 17 years away. SOoooo I mostly joined to respond to the HEROIC thread but thought I'd say hi.
I wouldn't be able to make it up there for...oh a while anyway....its expensive!!!

anyway...im on an 05' GSXR 600....florida sucks for riding....but i am only...11 miles to Daytona International Speedway....

Welcome. Back home, you mean back here to Bawston? lol I was just in Fl. this past few days & it seems like good roads for riding? why does it suck, besides the extreme heat?

Had to post b/c I also used to live in FL (Miami). Florida is fun for casual riding and posing at the beach, but it sucks if you enjoy using anything other than the center of your tire. There was a semi-infamous area north of Ft Lauderdale called "9 turns". It was a popular place for sportbike riders to go and practice leaning - it was essentially a series of on/off ramps you could do over and over. That was it. You've heard Deal's Gap is 318 turns in 11 miles? Florida is 11 turns in 318 miles.
