Hi, I've been riding sport bikes since I took the MSF course in 1998, first bike was an '88 Katana. Got a '99 TLR in 2000, and just picked up an '05 749R. I didn't ride the TL much (under 1000 miles per year), I think it was just too big and heavy and I didn't feel comfortable on it. So far I love my "new" bike, and I'm looking forward to going on some group rides this year and meeting other people who love motorcycles!

Hola!!
Welcome
If you can't Race it or take it to bed, it's not worth having..
Thanks everyone, took my bike out this morning (air temp gauge said 38!) and am planning on taking it out again this afternoon, maybe to MotoMarket in Acton. How do you start a group ride? Just come up with a route and date and post it?
Oh, and yes I am planning on going to the bike nights in Lowell this year. When is the first one?
Welcome to the forum...Lotta great stuff here. Rides, events, how to fix, for sale, and a dirt section. I like the racing area yhe best. The Monday morning race reports are awesome with a coffee. Good reading. Make some friends here and enjoy.
