What kinda fish? Coldwater freshwater? Coldwater saltwater? Tropical freshwater? Tropical saltwater?

Get ready to drop some money then. That 90 would be a nice tank size then you could go with a 55 gallon sump tank.

Well, are you just giving him the tank setup, or are you planning to stock it with substrate, live rock, fish etc???

nah, I dont know anything about that stuff so I cant give it at working condition.
