PC Optimizers

Is there any sort of worthwhile PC optimizer? My computer is running like shit lately, and I dunno whats up. Ive run anti-virus, defragged, disk cleanup all that usual shit, but its still slow, especially loading up chrome and things like that. Its not a very old computer either, couple years maybe

run msconfig and get rid of crap at start up that you don't need

If you don't know what it's called you aren't finding it in msconfig. It's probably in his registry.

Browse your porn in Incognito mode so no cookies are saved. And do what everyone else said. CC cleaner is a good place to start to get rid of junk and clean your registry. I believed they went to pay only but its worth the cost IMO.
