    tell me about puerto rico

    im gonna be working in puerto rico for about a month, i believe we are going to be based in San Juan, where are some decently priced hotels at. everything ive found was no less then 115$ a night. also what are some good places to eat at? i hate beans and shit like that.

    There is a Hooters and a Hard Rock there. Its not the best place in the world. I think I stayed at the Hyatt down there, they had a pool on the roof. Not too bad.

    I worked down there for two weeks, outside the confines of San Juan. Dangerous, third world, mosquito infestation like I've never seen before, sand fleas... It was scary that's all I have to say. If your in San Juan, I'd recommend you stay in the touristy sections. My company put me up in a five star Hilton because it was the only safe place to stay.

    I went to Puerto Rico in 2004. Stayed in San Juan where I wandered around aimlessly at night on foot. Rented a car and drove around most of the island. Didn't have a problem. Maybe I'm just stupid
