Red Amber Signs?

So going to mass last night..

A couple tolls had

Pull Over for Red Amber Lights starting Tuesday?

Anyone know anything about this? Or link to an article?

According to this it means anyone pulled over on the side of the road, on the shoulder, you should slow down and move to the next lane.
This is something I've always done when driving, just as a courtesy. Now it seems like they are actually making it mandatory.

Found it. And they are adding amber lights, like tow trucks or other vehicles working on the side of the road!
