    Getting Calls from Romania

    I've been getting a few odd calls from what my caller ID shows as a Romanian number (011401xxxxxxx)

    Has anyone else had a similar issue? I'm not sure about answering them either.

    What would the masses do?

    A few years ago I got a few calls from the dominican republic. It was weird I never picked up the calls and they stopped after only a few.

    I have received calls with area codes that I don't know, but I never answer them. Specially odd number that seems foreign, I wouldn't not answer any of them. If you do...I'd check your next phone bill.
