Dumbest pothead ever.

I work at a Court Diversion program, which is basically an alternative to going to Court for first-time offenders. My job is to process them and supervise them.

Today, I got the most hilarious affidavit I have ever seen.

It went something like this:

"The day after I arrested Mr. ________ for Possession of Marijuana, he came in to the station asking for a property release form. The dispatcher gave him the form, and Mr. _______ completed it. The items requested to be returned included car keys, a wallet, and a "bag of weed" (referring to the 2 grams of marijuana that were seized at the time of arrest). Mr. __________'s car keys and wallet were returned; we advised him that his marijuana would remain in our evidence locker to be destroyed at a later date. Mr. _________ became very agitated, and stated that we owed him $30 for the marijuana he had purchased. Due to his aggressive demeanor, I advised Mr. _________ that if he did not wish to incur new criminal charges for Disorderly Conduct, he should leave the station immediately."

My friend gets a DUI when he smashes his car into a tree. The cops find about a half ounce of the sticky icky in his glovie. Whatever. Well clearly he lost his license because of the dui, so his on-again-off-again girlfriend has been driving him to court. Well the third time she drove him (about a month ago), going through the doors she throws her purse on the x ray machine, and one of the security cops is like um, excuse me ms. Walsh, but I am going to have to search your purse.
My friend, at this point, just think the cop is being a dick and trying to harass her so he starts to act like a tough guy (I guess he started givin the cop shit). The cop then proceeds to pull a pipe and an eigth out of her purse, in the county courthouse lobby, and she gets cuffed right then and there. My friend is baffled by his significant other's stupidity at this point, and asked what the fuck she was thinking. her reply?

..."My pipe is glass, I dont know why it set the metal detector off"

sorry for the long post and the hijack, but didnt feel like starting a new thread.

I was in court and the kid ahead of me got 3 DWI' in one night. He asked the judge if he was going to jail, because if he was he "was going to run". The judge asked him if he had $5,000. he said no why and the judge said "then you are going to jail." The cops stood behind him when the judge asked and grabbed him as soon as he answered.
