Well i had my motorcycle fixed after some doneky tried to steal it/or backed into while at my buddies house in greenfield. it was my team leader from iraq, and we went out to lunch to reminisce about our "adventure"... came back and my bike was in middle of the road on its side, smashed to heck.

well i brought it to higgins and needless to say i am very very very upset with the outcome of the situation. i had to pay for a part because of their poor performance on keeping contact / or even talking to my insurance company. they still deny that my bike was in the shop for 8+ weeks saying 5-6 tops... which is BS. i have proof it was in there longer than 5 weeks.

on top of all this, the way they actually looked at my bike (lack there of in the beginning because of they actually did this... 8 weeks later they wouldn't have been surprised by the broken fairing support and other things) and once further indepth once i got her back home... i noticed other parts that should have been repaired.... but wasn't.... im upset that, why whould i have to tell a shop how to do their job and what to fix, when you can clearly see its NOT LIKE STOCK.... maybe its because being an Aircraft mech..... i have an eye for detail... i dont know, but higgins' performance on fixing my bike was horrible....


i had work done there in the past before this, and it was good, except them charging me 200 bucks to put rim stripes on my bike, which was B.S.... but other than that... my rant is over. fyi.. its because i went out to my garage today, and noticed another part that should have been fixed.
