Hey all...
A while back when Rich was closing on his house I posted that my wife and I were starting the process of buying a house... well this past Friday we found one... made and accepted an offer and am underway with all the crap that goes along with it... Knock on wood though it's been easy so far...
Anyways... if all goes well we'll be closing on June 26th... we're moving to the Worcester area.... can't wait.... I'll finally be able to live in the same place my bike does...
Ok... that's it... just wanted to share my news and excitment!!! Anyone want to pay my mortgage for me...
Lata,
Mike
Yes.... welcome to Wooosta....
My folks are in Sutton... not too far... and yup plenty O' snow to go around.... but hey ya take the good with the bad....
I just can't wait to start getting yelled at for being in the garage all the time tinkering...![]()
congrats, and good luck...
it can be fun, but geez... it's amazing how 15 bucks here, 50 there adds up.

Congrats, amigo! Glad to hear it has a garage too!![]()
Sweet Dude! Congratulations!
I can definately say from newly discovered first hand experience... you'll definately be poor for a bit. But it's obviously worth it.
You may wanna consider putting your ho on the corner... that's what I did with mine and she raised enough in one night to cover our mortgage. Ok, so it was just enough to cover the light bill... but any amount helps! :o

The poor thing is only just starting. I am just finishing repainting the entire inside of my condo. So far 8 gallons of paint have been consumed. I need 1 more gallon for the downstairs bedroom and to do trim etc...
That will be almost $200 in paint from the Home Peepot. I had an estimate from a painter to complete for $2100.
Oh the joys of condo ownership. No shoveling, no raking, no lawnmowing etc. I thought no painting, but I can deal with the inside every 10 years or so.
So, congrats to home ownership, oh I mean the money pit.

- Loud neighbors?
- Declining property value as local crack heads move in?
- Increasing association fee's.
- Always being asked... "how much is your rent?"

we can't seem to escape Home Depot without a minimum bill of 60 bucks...
even if we went for, say, a single paintbrush. must be something in the air...

Neighbors what are those. I had a neighbor with kids last year, I got rid of em. I live at ski area, the only neighbors I have are on weekends during ski season. They are mostly all second homes.- Kids fuckin wid ya bike?
