I liked #6 for the water until I saw #1.
When I was at training they'd fly the F-15's and warthogs overhead to 1) yell at us if we looked up and 2) simulate combat and close air to ground combat and shit. It was cool. Definitely the best when we were actually allowed to watch the take offs of the F-15 (sound of freedom!) and the VSTOL aircraft (cant remember the name of it). Can't wait to go back in! Of course I'd be on the C-130 but hey- it's still in the air!

Thats when the aircraft breaks the sound barrier aka (sonic boom), speed would be Mach 1
when it happends it gives off a HUGE freakin boom. videos are hard to find.

This is from Maho Beach in St. Maarten. Very popular spot to watch planes come in for a landing extremely close to the ground. There's a lot of vids on youtube from this spot, but this is the closest one I've seen:

ive been "strafed" twice,back in my Navy days, once was onboard a ship when i was on watch at probably 2:00am in the port lookout tub, came out of nowhere, he was probably 30 ft off the water,, i almost shit myself......the 2nd time was when i was at Patuxent River NAS, i was crossing a runway on my little cb 350 , 3jets abreast came right over the trees,extremely low, once again, i almost soiled myself...altho it WAS awesome
