I know it's only a few laps on an autocross track but looks like fun.
I know few people did this last year around Boston, cars were limited to 8000k rpms, still fun to be going down storrow drive in a ferrari.
That's NESR's own Scotty Major puttin on that deal!

intresting... i would jump on that if work allows me to
It's a waste. I did there ride through Boston, mandatory 100 tip to the guy that rides in the passengers seat and 3000 dollar fine if you exceed 6k rpm.

With that said I still had a good time cruising through Boston in a modena. If the same rules apply for this event then I would rather rip through Boston for an hour.

Guy was kinda giving me shit about driving it easy, etc
We drove there in a car with 550 hp/ 540 ft/lbs
a 360 only has 400hp / 275 ft/lbs
I was trying to be polite, but at some point it was like, "listen bro, this car isnt even that fast"
Wow, if that counter is right (which seems like a lot) 980 bought *$100=$98,000. Thats enough for a used 360. Pretty smart if you ask me. Especially if they limit you so you cant beat on the motor too bad.

I have a buddy who did the one in boston and they guy let him get up to 125 on storrow drive so it didnt seem all that lame but there was definitely a crazy fine for over 6k rpm
I think I'd have the same reaction I have in a Gentlemans club. It just makes me horny and wishing for more that I know I can never have....

I was given a drive in one in Boston as a gift. I had fun, but I was pretty surprised about the mandatory tipping and RPM limit. That stuff just felt a little dirty given that it was a surprise. Had it NOT been a surprise, that may have changed the vibe, and I suspect the same is true for many others. But as long as you hold the gears to their "limit", it's certainly not slow. They didn't bat an eye at my speeds though. I could see an autocross event being even more fun if you aren't worried about other drivers, and everyone knows high speeds aren't as fun as hard corning, hard braking, and getting to 60 as quickly as possible.
Call me crazy, but the part that most impressed me was the ride quality being as good as it was.

we did the one outside boston...drove up and down the 93 for an hour in a diablo and 360 modena...there wasn't any speed/engine limitations with the company...I believe it was steam car rentals
Go to Vegas. Rent car for weekend. Bring it back undented. Pay and walk away smiling.
I had a 360 f1 spyder for the weekend in Vegas a few years back. The wife and I had a fucki g blast in it. Nothing like pulling up to a club or better yet getting out of the club and having your ride right up front waiting for you. Ya it's a lot of $$$ but ya only live once.
Me no likey crash
I read a lot of reviews on this and most of them were negative. Mandatory tipping and taxes make this about $220 minimum, and $220 is about $220 more than i'd pay to limp a Ferrari around the track following closed course speed limits and using half the rev range. No thanks.
I think I would have done this if I had kown about it before now. Just for the "I did it" factor.
