I'm deciding on selling the house in RI and to prep it for sale i need some touchups minor fixes done before it.

Anyone have a plumber reccomendation? all they need to do is do some basic plumbing of 2 sinks(kitchen and utility) connect them the correct way.

Also need someone who retuck the front brick steps of the house. I do not need a total rebuild it's just to get the house ready for sale.

this is immediate work this weekend, i'm looking to put the house on sale by may 15th
