Saw this little guy in my driveway late this afternoon, I watched him for about 1/2 hour. he was stalking something, probably the rabbit I have seen around here. I saw him pounce on something out in the field but couldn't see what it was.

Fox typically go after field mice ... it is their primary prey.

Well, I bet it was a mouse then, we sure do have lots of them out here. I have traps set up in the bulkhead and catch about 2 a week.

Plus I find the decon out in the wood pile.

Chipmunks too. We're always seein' 'em chase 'em around around dusk...
