Looks like "Batman" has a charming effect on everyone he meets online.

Nonetheless, its a nice car. My wife had an Accord Coupe with the same motor mated to a 6-speed manual, it was a blast to drive. Great fuel economy and lots of power.

Those are great cars... the honda engine pulls pretty nicely up in the high rpms... only problem with that car is a pretty squishy suspension feel (for a 'sport' sedan) and TERRIBLE torquesteer, especially at WOT upshifts at high RPMs. For your wife, should be fine though. Also, I imagine you got her an automatic, so the torquesteer may not be as pronounced... I've only drive the 6speed variant.

Kerect on the automatic...I had read that about the torquesteer. The paddle shifters are dumb too...but using the shifter in 'manual mode' is fun! My wife drives like a middle aged lady so she'll never notice! (I full expect some kid to come up to here when she gets out of the car and say, "Hey...how come you're driving your son's car?") Cracks me up!

But on a semi serious note I got a 03 tl (with nav and Onstar) and drive a bunch. I could honestly say that after 5 hours the stiffer springs would piss me off, since after 8 hours the standard springs/ride/seat got me to the edge.

Although I have a Gen 2.5 and not a Gen 3 so it's different I'm sure

But aesthetically the new TL-S A-Spec B/B/B is SOOOOO hot and wish it was out before I bought my 03 since I didn't like the new TL until then
