I was looking at some ar15's "Bushmaster" some of them sau LEO models can a civilian buy one? Or do you need to have a special permit? I have CC and I live in NH.

Can someone explain the izzy flash etc... There are a lot f accesories that come on it could you explain what each does.

One of the future items I would like to put on the ar15 is a scope.

I don't think you'll have any prob buying it in NH. I have bought a pistol of that site before and it went smoothly. You can always call your local FLL licensed dealer and find out for sure before you drop in your bids. Those guys know everything.

Civilian Markesmanship Program and you shoot one event and join then (if its still on)

you can get the full target Bushmaster for under $800 instead of like 1250.

It says CMP on the lower and your NOT supposed to sell it in less then 5 years but mine is sweet.

I got a conventional not flat topped upper and a fits on the handle type scope mount but seems fine.

Look out it has a flash supressor and a bayonette lug it must be dangerous assault weapon

Not sure if it matters in NH or not. But the pre-ban models are worth more in MA. You can do more with them because they are pre-ban. Here in MA the mags matter as well. The only other mags you can use in MA that are high capacity are pre-ban ones legally unless you are a LEO/Military. Just another stupid MA law, we have TONS of them.
Packing.org is a good place to look for the do's and dont's for your state.
AR-15.com is a good source for info as well.

That program ended last year. I got the last of the second to last one. If I didn't get the last one another guy at my club has it. We bought the last two. Also you can sell it after 1 year.


As far as a flash supressor it spreads the flame which exits the barrel instead of a straight flame it goes out the sides so it's not as bright nor does it flash as long so your enemies have a harder time pinpointing your location.

Go to bushmaster.com and look at their online catalog. They have most prices there. I by a lot of ammo from gunbroker , but most of the guns you see on there are from dealers and you can find the same rifles for the same price locally. If you buy a firearm from an online site you have to pay shipping and dealer transfer fee's which usually adds another $50 to $100 to the price and if you buy locally you don't need to pay those fee's.
You might want to call Rileys Gun Shop in Hooksett. I have bought a few guns from there and his prices are usually good
