It's hot as hell outside!

I dunno about over there, but it's hot as balls out here. Can it actually get too hot to ride? These last couple of day's have been bad with highs in the upper 90's with a lot of humidity. So yesterday, I went out around 9pm for a night ride with all my gear (minus helmet) and it was STILL hot. It was like riding in a hot air furnace. I wonder how the riders in AZ & TX handle the heat everyday.

The low tonight is supposed to hit a frigid 81. Heat of index of close to 110 tomorrow, so Thursday's high of 89 will seem really comfortable all geared up and we'll have to break out the cold-weather riding clothes for the weekend's high 70's.

You don't always realize it, but you dehydrate really quick under that kind of heat. If you're out on the bike, make sure to drink plenty of fluids..

(I was getting dizzy and not feeling so well on my last ride and it was hot outside)

I can't today, I need to go in the attic and put in some more blown in insulation. Maybe later...
