    Moving Violation?

    I know it varies between states but does anyone know if receiving a ticket for driving with invalid/expired inspection a moving violation in RI?

    In NY this is a non-moving violation. Kind of like a fix it ticket. Show the court that you got an inspection and they throw it out.
