    Thanks Jane... I feel so lucky that a hot chick wished me a happy birthday

    BTW... this is what I got as a present.

    The lift... not the R6.

    I haven't given it a real shake down yet... so far the only complaint I have is the front wheel stop is a dumb design for sport bikes. I ended up mounting it backwards so that it actually makes contact with the tire in a decent spot.

    I may drill out some slots in it and drill a couple of new holes in the table deck to make it work better... but its working ok now.

    i'm still on the hunt for a cb400 or cb550 for cheap money. the one i went to look at was in good shape with a clean title for $500
