What can i legally do....

About a roommate who's name on the lease, owes me money (how much I can't prove, he can only prove when the last time he paid me was) and has no respect whatsover for other people's belongings?

I got a call from one of my roommates telling me that the roommate in questionb urinated on my stuff in the backyard.

This is by far the last straw. He's continued to show us that he's a complete douchebag and we're sick and tired of him. He needs to go NOW (and give me my friggin money... at least 200 bucks)

My best guess would be that if you dont have it in writing, there isn't much you can do. Kick the a-hole to the curb, and threaten to sue him if he doesn't pay up.

Or, tell him you have a sexually frustrated, overweight, livestock owning friend in Vermont who is a little short on goat food this month, and if he doesn't pay up and leave quietly, you'll introduce him.

He's moving out tomorrow and he's going to the bank to get copies of the checks he's written that have been deposited in my account to prove what he's paid and what he hasn't.

this one other time, he had some freshman kid over... they were downstairs watchin TV and my other roommate & his GF were down there too eatin dinner...

The freshman kid was like a friggin puppy dog & couldn't stop thanking my roommate for buying beer for him.

My roommate goes "aight, i'm gonna go jump in the shower"

His freshman buddy says "Ok, i'll be right up"
