So, I bought this so I didn't have to keep renting one... I used it to d a couple rooms upstairs in my house and that's it...
It's up on Craigslist now for $350, NESR price is $325:
Porter Cable FCN 200 Hardwood Flooring Nailer
Original owner. I used the nailer to install a few hundred Sq feet of flooring in my own house and that's it... Just about a box and a half of nails through it. No commercial use.
Not a single jam or misfire, which is a lot more than I can say for the Bostitch nailers I had been renting before I bought this. Check out the reviews on Amazon... it's a top-notch nailer
Always kept clean and well-oiled. Comes with the original box, mallet, manual, bottle of oil, factory tool kit, etc. Everything you see in the pics except the puppy. I'll even include a full box (and change) of nails to get you going. Sells for $500 new.
I also have 60 sq feet of unopened, in the box Bellawood 3/4" Rustic Maple prefinished flooring leftover from my house that I'll let go for cheap if you're interested. (same flooring as in the pics... really nice stuff

Anyone that is thinking about getting new floors put in should buy this, it is a great nail gun. I borrowed that same model a few year back when I was still doing houses from one of the flooring guys to help out a friend. The guy I borrowed it from used it every day with no problems and when I was using it it worked great. Installing hard wood floors isn't as hard as most people think.
