These have a space for clamp on style mirrors like CRG, which is what I have mounted. The mirrors are not included since I'll use them on my STR. Not really sure why the one end is rusted. They are less than a year old and all I ever did was screw them in and leave them there. Looks like they had a shoddy paint job and it flaked off. Overall they are great quality except for that one issues.
