I am listing this for my friend Meagan. I have ridden it and the bike runs great. The bike does have a Mass title. Here are the specifics:
It has Yoshimura 4-1 pipe jetted, new chain sprockets, new bearings in the wheels and steering head, new brake pads, new rear tire, new front tire not installed yet. Bike does have 50K plus miles but runs great and needs nothing to be ridden she has ridden it all summer. The cosmetics could use some help spray painted white, we do have the lowers for it also. This is the RC24 VFR little different then the run of the mill VFR also sold that year. It has a 360 degree crank and four coils, the regular VFR had 180 degree crank and 2 coils. If you do a search online for 1986 RC24 you can read about the differences. Honda used this as their homologation bike that year for superbike racing.

Was the bike originally pearl white? Or red/wht/blu?
Great bike, I sold mine earlier this summer.

Ya know, that bike would make a good retro track day ride. Set up well, it wouldn't embarass itself. My old 86 GSXR doesn't embarass itself.
Anymore detailed pics?

Last time I checked USCRA rules, no. The cut off was 1985, and no aluminum frames, and it's been that way for quite awhile. All I can think of is WTF! What, they don't want history to repeat itself? Some kind of uppity old, old boys club? For me, I guess it doesn't matter. I'm getting long enough in the tooth, that I don't really need to see a green flag waving in front of me.
I get enough of my jollies from just hammering around on a track day.
Where is the bike located?

The Older I Get,
The Faster I Was...
How is this bike not sold yet???
I've been doing some research on mods for it. Most can be had for super cheap. Lots of resources on VFRD.com for CBR F2 front end & wheel conversions that can be had for short money!!!
Come on... Gear driven cams RULE!
Called them and they said the bike is sold.
SOLD
Thanks for the tip.
