1998 VFR800

She's a 98' with ~40K on the clock, but in actuality it's a bit less. I went 1down, 2up with a new chain last winter.
Micron high mount black canister, (also have stock can)
gold wheels (matches the gold trim on the decals),
newish michelin pilot roads,
de-snorkel'd,
modified PCV (routed into PAIR, places crankcase under vaccuum),
BMC filter,
PCII,
new barnett clutch kit,
new steering head bearings,
valves checked,
new plugs,
black DEI heat wrapped and painted header,
VTR1000 fan (reverses flow, and more CFM)
newish front brake pads
dark smoked stock sized windscreen (have light smoked "touring" screen also)
Targa mirrors (suck)
Stompgip pads
Shop Manual
Solo cowl (One of the tabs is broken...)

I think that's about it. She doesn't burn a drop of oil. Tight. I run Mobil 1 bike oil, and Purolator PL1460 filters. Smooth even wide power, but if you're reading this ad, I assume you know what the bike is about. Sounds like sex, goes well enough for being a fattie.

Out of interest, any reason in particular you changed the gearing?

Meh, not really. Chain and sprockets needed replacing, all the cool kids were doing it. It feels great.

Moving bike from one storage unit to another. The only thing I've done with the bike this season is wash it twice, and change the oil. It's been warmed up, and ridden to storage.
