2001 CBR F4i (Shamu)

Testing the waters on the Mu. You guys know the bike. Fuel injected CBR f4i, track ready, Racetech front forks, Ohlins rear shock with remote damper, full titanium Jardine exhaust with fuel pack. Beat race plastics that have been spray bombed flat black, Woodcraft race clip-ons, Harris adjustable rear sets. Tires are PP's with 4 loudon days on them (half-life still).

Forget the exact mileage, but going to say 9k. Title in hand and a real nice set of street plastics, wouldn't take much to put this on the road. Looking for $2500 or would trade for motard. Not in a rush to sell this, so no low-ball, pre-winter offers. I have a place to keep it all winter and will just make it a street bike and sell it in the spring. Reason for selling is I have an 05 R6 I'm going to use as my trackbike for the rest of the season and next year. I'll be at BoMo and Tony's, so if someone is REAL serious, I can bring it along and even let you take some laps.

This sale also includes all the extras I got with the bike...spare rear wheel, set of slicks, spare fairing stay, air box, engine head, spare front and rear springs, rear stand, kickstand.

I thought I had a used Penske shock I was going to purchase for the R6, but it sold. That bike was bottoming out with Jeff's skinny ass on it, I don't want to risk it with my 225+ frame.

If I was to sell the CBR, then I would have some extra cash to buy a new Penske, otherwise I'll just probably finish out the rest of this year on the Mu and pick up a shock over the winter.
