It has what we thought to be a cam chain tensioner problem, but seems now to be a valve issue. It starts and runs, but makes a noise that no one wants to hear coming from their bike. So, expect to do a top end or replace the engine with one of many available for around $700.00.
It has:
33,000+ miles
a brand new cam chain tensioner,
shock from a 05 636,
chain and sprockets only have maybe 5k on them.
NRC stator case cover
Stainless steel Galfer front lines,
EBC HH pads which should have plenty of life left.
Tires are Pirelli Corsa Rossos with lots of tread left.
It has been lowsided in turn 6 at NHMS, so the left side has some bodywork rash.
There's a bit of a jitter in the front brake lever but we're not certain that it's anything to worry about, only at high speed braking.
This bike is solid and with good bones. The engine was taken care of, which makes the engine problem a bit of a mystery. A great way for someone with time on their hands and the desire to wrench to have a great bike for short money.

If anyone is interested but unsure where to start, at this point I'm looking for $1100 or best offer. I can bring it to NHMS next weekend if needed. PM me with an offer.
