Good:
Said to have had timing belt done - looks true based on visual inspection.
Comes with new snows, and 50% all seasons (unmounted)
Has been 100% reliable for us since september (we are second owners)
No accidents/exterior damage, no tears or cracks in interior.
Bad:
Cruise control doesn't work, and I never looked into it... Could be as simple as brake pedal switch.

I used to be big into Subaru's, lately, just buying winter beater subies... We were thinking about keeping this until it died, which would have required at least ripping off those damn decals and throwing it on gold wheels.. white on gold, mmmm.
Alas, we are trying to line up something new so we can prep for the possibility of additional family members...

Cruise inop is most likely a neutral switch. Cheap and easy.
And those front seats are the sportiest seats Subaru ever used in the USDM, other than the STi.
