Only for bikes and tools, cannot park cars here as tenants on property have use of the driveway. Has heavy duty shelving all around. Will also leave the waste oil reservoir there for use.

Good god. I get probably less than a quarter of the footage for $215 a month down here outside Manhattan. Seems like a deal from this perspective!

I have seen this garage. VERY nice space, especially for that price. If it was on the south shore I'd be all over it.
