No spare wheels included. If you don't like the powdercoat, you can paint them however you want of course, maybe toss a lil chrome on there. Your call.

I don't think he mentioned spare wheels because he wanted a different color, he mentioned it because it is desirable to have two sets of wheels for any race bike. (rains and dry tires, no swapping)
