Please keep the thread clean.. (PICTURES ARE SHOWN FURTHER IN THIS THREAD on page 2)
For sale:
2005 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R, titanium color. Stock, no mods whatsoever.
The bike is in excellent condition. Never been dropped, never been abused or even ridden hard. It was barely used, spent most of it's time covered in the garage since it was bought, aside from a few rides during nice summer days. Odometer reads 4338 miles on this baby, VERY low mileage. Original tires. The thing purrs like a wild kitten when you start it up...it just beg to be taken for a ride.
$5000.00. Bike will eventually go on Ebay and/or Craigslist soon if it's not sold on here.

I wish...I can handle the power..I'm respectful of it enough to not do anything crazy, but the fact remains that I *barely* can put the tip of my boot down to keep it upright, it's too high for me.Oh well...someone else will hopefully use it and ride it like it deserves to be...

These bikes ride the corners like they're on rails.
It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?
That bike would really compliment my 05 636 Ti!
If only I had some extra cake
I'd be interested, but I'm looking for something with a little more power.

I was joking, V. It's obvious that this bike is completely mental. Is there a reason it didn't get ridden much? Ballpark on mileage?

04 and 05 were the best ZX10's they made IMO![]()

V, can I ask why you are selling?
For fucks sake, yours is the only post that is not on topic with the bike. People commenting about the quality of the equipment helps in it's sale. But thanks for looking out for the sake of fuck.
I don't know what's funny, or who explained what to you, all it means is that the bike handles great.
It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?
I like Kawasaki, they keep ergonomics in mind, allowing for more comfortable seat time. Scott Greenwood races a Kaw 1000, not sure of the year though. It seems pretty fast as it goes by me...
I'm unclear on what you heard, but "on rails" means like a rollercoaster or a train, it will stay upright and predictable through the corners; a compliment pertaining to the bikes handling performance.
Another thing I like about this particular offering:
1.) no aftermarket bits, a clean slate if you will
2.) not the bright green color scheme typical of Kawasaki
nice bike, looks clean
LRRS\CCS\WERA #486
sweet bike, my buddy has one and it's a missle
Hessogood and Legalspeed...I asked in a PM to a friend what Jay meant by "riding the rails"....he thought Jay's comment was about the "incident" that happened at the top of the moutain with Chuck's bike (following Chuck post's in this thread about said incident...) The bike almost got to ride the guard "rail"... a play with words.
But I see what it means now, thanks.Yes, it handles GREAT and has sick power....

I'd seriously be interested, but I think it's probably way too much bike for me. Good luck.
nice bike. if i didnt have 1 i'd definitely give this serious thought. Ned this could be that track bike u were looking for
Street experience is only a couple years, but I rode quite a bit on dirt since I was 17 (I'm 31 now).
V, I know that wasn't directed towards me. I also know that this bike has about twice the HP of my old F3. I don't mind a wheelie machine, but this thing is a land missile.![]()
If you have a couple years of experience on F3, you'll be fine. Plus, you're mature enough to understand what the bike is capable of. I sat on it after riding 636, with a little bit of fear to do track days with it....but it's all good now, and I wouldn't go back. Power is addictingYou just have to remember and keep your right hand in control.
P.S. you're right about the missile part![]()
