Looking to build up the 848, so I need to thin the herd.
Up for sale is my very well sorted CBR600RR. Several NESR guys have ridden it, those that know me know how I maintain my stuff. I bought it in 2009.
Frame:
2003 Salvage title. Bike was built on a brand new non stamped ‘05 frame, which I have the receipt for. I also have the stamped donor frame. The sub-frame is an aftermarket trick piece very light maybe 2 lbs instead of 10 lbs for the stock one.
Suspension:
The front suspension is an inverted ‘05 GSXR 1000 with black sliders (new rebuild/seals with one trackday on them). The rear shock is a Penske shock. It has a Scotts top mount steering damper. The triple clamps are custom and have adjustable offset inserts. The bike's geometry was set up by GMD Computrack.
Bodywork:
The bodywork is ‘05 Sharkskins that have never hit the ground and are painted like the factory bike - black and red.
Brakes:
Brakes are GSXR 1000 calipers with 320 mm rotor conversions and a Magura master cylinder (MSRP on the master alone is $538)with braided HEL SS lines (lines new last year). Vesrah SRJL pads. The brakes are fantastic.
Motor:
BMC air filter, intake stacks, full titanium Yoshimura exhaust, PowerCommander, APE manual cam chain tensioner. Valve adjustment at the beginning of this season. New oil/filter with one trackday on it.
Miscellaneous:
The rearsets, Clip-ons, engine covers and frame sliders are all Woodcraft. Aftermarket fairing stay. Puig Double Bubble windscreen, Keyless ignition, an HRC quick turn throttle and switch gear. 520 chain and sprockets. Carbon fiber front fender. Dunlop N-tec slicks. New Yuasa battery and new regulator/rectifier a couple months ago.
$3,499 Cash Rules. No dicks
Sorry the pics are huge...
