With the passing of my father this past winter my mom has had a huge financial burden dropped on her. Regrettably she needs to sell her 2006 Vespa LX50. My mom bought this scooter three years ago (give or take) from a small shop in NH (she lives in NH part time). It has a NH salvage title, but has always run like a top. I cleaned/oiled the air filter last fall, and rode this thing around regularly, it's fun. The only thing wrong with it is the body work is primer in a few places from tip overs in its past life. It had some damage when she bought it, and she primed up the areas and left them primer. It's a nice light blue color.
For MA residents, I believe this Vespa was recently reclassified as "light duty motorcycle" or something like that (apparently it can go above 40mph), so you will have to register/insure it, and have a motorcycle endorsement. Thanks Massachusetts. In all other states this is still a normal 49cc moped.
It's a 2006, it has around 1300 miles on it, and had a new front tire installed last year. I'll get photos and more details soon. The bike is currently in Beverly, MA. I can ride it anywhere around here for free, and we MAY be able to deliver it.
