    2016 Mazda 3 hatchback - high miles, great condition

    Had planned on driving it into the ground but with all the tariff talk I pulled the trigger on a 2025 version of the same model. Original owner, high mileage (192k) but still runs like new, no accidents, interior is perfect. Has a 1 1/4” trailer hitch. New front brake pads a couple of months ago. Synthetic oil every 6k since day one. Zero mechanical problems ever. No leaks. Have every dealer service and oil change record. Great car for a college kid.

    I’ve had an ad on FB marketplace for $3,750 for two days and am ready to simply run it into a bridge abutment to end my FB marketplace misery. A thousand idiot texts and one looky loo.

    Gorgeous! I have the 1st gen....220000+ miles, still getting 34 mpg. My thoughts were the same as yours, but now i'm intrigued on how long she'll go before her first major issue...then I'll pull the trigger on a new one! Still fun as hell to drive!

    My boy is on his second 1st gen. The first one was totaled only because a New Hampshire pothole destroyed the bottom of his motor & radiator to the point the insurance company didn't want to pay for the repairs on a 190K car. He's currently on his second - albeit a Speed3, and he's nearing 180K. Outstanding little buggies, for sure. The 3 was a hoot & a half to bug around in, the Speed3 is just a flat out blast. He gets shit mileage in the Speed3, but it's only because we have a sick tune on it.

    In fact, if Big Shirl didn't want HIM tooling around in the Speed3 I was going to buy it for myself. It would've made an incredible commuter!
